Our office and plant address is 27 Hope Street in downtown Niantic, Connecticut. We are a centrally located shoreline community, halfway between New York City and Boston, Massachusetts; Exit 74 off Interstate 95 (East Lyme).

ON-TIME DELIVERY

Most items are in stock and are ready to ship within 48 hours after receipt of your order. We generally ship via UPS ground service to commercial and residential addresses in the contiguous United States. Heavy or oversized products are shipped via common carrier, freight collect. When rush shipments are required, air or other expedited methods can be utilized and billed to your air carrier account number or shipped freight collect.

OUR GUARANTEE

We stand behind the products we sell! If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our products, call us within 7 days. We will help arrange for the return via UPS call tag and provide a replacement, a credit to your credit card account, or a refund. Returned goods must be in original cartons and packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
